Call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-585-6405 to request your Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense.
